Founding Stage
(2018-2019)

In March 2018, our founder, J, traveled to Australia for study while gaining hands-on experience in various logistics roles.
With a background in logistics management and experience at a Top 100 logistics company in China, J began exploring the Australian logistics market.
In August 2019, with an initial investment of 700 AUD, J founded Coolway Logistics, focusing on China-Australia international freight forwarding.
The company faced significant challenges in its early days, but J and the team worked hard to master a wide range of logistics services, including:
Consolidation, direct shipping, full container load (FCL), less-than-container load (LCL)
International shipping, FBA logistics, sea freight parcels, air freight, and door-to-door services
Customs clearance and cross-border logistics solutions

Coolway focused on China-Australia direct freight services, gradually building a strong market position through experience in multiple industries.
Initially specializing in general product imports (e.g., home goods, kitchenware), the company expanded into ambient food imports (e.g., hot pot seasonings, spices, dried chili peppers), making it a standout service.
With growing demand, Coolway further developed cold chain logistics services, ensuring proper handling of frozen and temperature-sensitive food products such as:
Prepared meals, pastry dough, chocolate oils, frozen fish fillets, seafood, and meat products
